A typical Tuesday

Stuck on a doorbell camera?

Weak Wi-Fi at the front door, a confusing app, motion alerts that fire every time a leaf blows by, and a mount that never quite looks right. That’s the kind of small, annoying job I handle so you don’t have to spend the weekend on it.

Meet Amanda

Experienced. Patient. Local.

I’m a mom of five and a Systems Analyst with more than a decade of making technology work for real people — not the other way around.

I started in senior care, went back to school for IT at Vancouver Island University, and supported students at Queen Margaret’s. Since Oct 2022 I’ve been an IT specialist for local municipal law enforcement. The through-line is the same: clear explanations, no judgment, and practical fixes that stick.

How it works

01

Tell me what’s broken

Book a visit and pick a package. A free 15-minute call is enough to scope most jobs.

02

I show up and fix it

On-site across the South Island, or remote when that’s faster. I’ll explain as I go.

03

You keep the cheat sheet

Follow-up support is included so it doesn’t fall apart the next time an update lands.
