What we both go by

  1. 1.Month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice by email. The month already started is not refunded.
  2. 2.Billed at the start of each month, in Canadian dollars. No GST/HST or PST is added.
  3. 3.Price is $119 per user, and never less than $299 a month. A one-person shop pays $299.
  4. 4.A user is a person I support in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Adding someone changes the bill the next month.
  5. 5.A ticket is one problem for one person. A migration or a new setup is a project, not a ticket.
  6. 6.Unused included time does not roll into the next month.
  7. 7.Past the cap, remote work is $120 an hour. I confirm that before I keep going — or you book another Essentials block ($399, up to 3.5 hours).
  8. 8.I reply during business hours. This is not a guaranteed response time and not an emergency line.
  9. 9.You own the tenant. You can remove my admin access when Care ends.
  10. 10.One person at your shop is the contact who can approve changes.
  11. 11.Care starts after the $49 Meet, and after setup if Microsoft 365 isn’t ready. An email from me that names the start date and the monthly amount is what we both go by.
